Installing from source points to outdated Haskell Platform

If you go to the main page and check the Linux section, it still says:

Note that most distros have the Haskell platform in their package repositories.
For example, on Debian/Ubuntu, you can install it with "apt-get install haskell-platform"

Which is pretty bad advice. I expect this to be an oversight while updating the "Compiling from source" section of this page.
I'm not sure if the pandoc.org website also is part of the repository, so I thought I'd just start a discussion about this.

It was good advice 10 years ago. I guess now we need to point people to ghcup?

I've updated INSTALL.md; this will make its way to the website on the next release.
