When you enable Amazon Connect Customer, we might use Your Content processed by Amazon Connect Customer to develop and improve your experience.

By making Your Content available to improve Amazon Connect Customer, you help us innovate faster and customize features to meet your needs. This also helps us enhance the service in the following ways:
+ Deliver smarter capabilities faster. We improve Amazon Connect Customer based on how you use it and what you need.
+ Prevent problems proactively. We identify and address issues before they affect you.
+ Resolve issues faster. We diagnose and fix problems more quickly.

All this helps Amazon Connect Customer partner with you to continuously improve your business performance.

Only Amazon employees have access to the data. Your trust, privacy, and the security of Your Content are our highest priority, and we make sure that our use complies with our commitments to you. For more information, see [Data Privacy FAQ](https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/data-privacy-faq/).

You can always choose to opt out of having your data used to develop and improve AI features of Amazon Connect Customer by using an AWS Organizations opt-out policy. For information about how to opt out, see [AI services opt-out policies](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/organizations/latest/userguide/orgs_manage_policies_ai-opt-out.html) in the *AWS Organizations User Guide*.

To check your opt-out status, review the opt-out policy configured by your organization. For more information, see [AI services opt-out policy syntax and examples](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/organizations/latest/userguide/orgs_manage_policies_ai-opt-out_syntax.html#ai-opt-out-policy-syntax-reference).

**Note**
To use the opt-out policy, your AWS accounts must be centrally managed by AWS Organizations. If you haven't already created an organization for your AWS accounts, see [Creating and managing an organization](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/organizations/latest/userguide/orgs_manage_org) in the *AWS Organizations User Guide*.
